I started writing this last night but got a little upset by the things some people were saying so I stopped.

Love him or hate him, he has made a name for himself in music history.

He was the child genius that grew to woo the world. He did have his controversy towards his later life but as someone growing up in the Jackson era I really am saddened by this loss.

He transformed modern pop music and put it back on the map.

I was sad to hear of his sudden passing as well.

He made great music while he was growing up......

I didn't know the bloke...no really, I knew his music, I didn't know him!

I felt very sad when I heard of his death....he will be missed.

Did you know that we are so obsessed about the weather here and that we use both fahrenheit and centigrade in the same breath?

When it gets hot we use 'F' and we say

‘’wow, it’s in the 90’s’’

but when it gets cold we use 'C' and say

‘’bloody hell, it’s minus 3 out there’’.

I can't believe they replaced Dr. Who for a football match, and it wasn't even an England game.

But I did have to smile to see the result..

USA 1 - Italy 3

America must have thought their luck was in since they were 1-0 up at half time.

In other news...

In the 20/20 world cricket series England were knocked out by the West Indies! ... in the first round!!

I'm loving the new updates already. We have a 'classified' section now that looks so simple to use when trading for members.

As for the Free Members link .. what can I say, it's another bit of brilliance.

It would be interesting to see if someone (just for the hell of it) goes through and inducts all 4100 members .. LOL

There is still so much I need to get my head around ... I need another coffee!
